CDelivery, Pingress, Insight, Insight Agent, and volume management have separate versions and are updated individually.
Prepare
As an Admin, inspect the current and available versions in the relevant settings. Read release notes, verify image-registry access and architecture, and allow time for replacement. Back up business data using its storage procedure.
The current release catalog provides each component’s latest version. Update requests require that latest version. The console does not offer an arbitrary historical-version selector or a general downgrade button.
Update and verify
- Select the available version under Settings → CDelivery and confirm.
- Wait for the main program to restart; management access may briefly disappear.
- Reopen the page and confirm the running version.
- Check servers, applications, events, and API/MCP connections.
- Update other components separately where required.
After Pingress updates, test real domains and HTTPS. After Insight or collector updates, verify fresh logs and metrics. After volume-management updates, read a volume list.
Obtain fresh server join credentials after a platform restart.
Troubleshoot
Unavailable release metadata does not mean the installation is current. Check connectivity to the release service. For failed image pulls, inspect network, architecture, and task errors.
Application rollback does not restore platform versions or business data. Use access recovery for login problems.
