Terms

These terms describe use of the CDelivery website and the project materials available through it.

Website and self-hosted software

This website provides project information, documentation and installation resources. You operate CDelivery on your own infrastructure and are responsible for its configuration, access, backups and use of external services. Publishing this website does not provide a managed hosting service or a support response-time commitment.

Open-source licenses

First-party code, documentation and scripts are licensed under Apache License 2.0. Use and redistribution are subject to that license. Third-party components retain their own licenses; the notices below cover this website, and software distributions include their own notices. This page does not change those licenses.

External services and links

Links to GitHub, infrastructure providers and other websites are provided for reference or access to their services. Those services have their own terms and policies. You are responsible for any accounts, costs and agreements involved in using them.

Availability and documentation

The website and documentation are provided as is, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Content may change, and uninterrupted availability or suitability for every environment is not guaranteed. Check instructions against your installed version and verify changes in an appropriate environment. Software warranties and liability are governed by its applicable license.
